Enzo Scarcella

Chief Consumer Officer - MTN Group

Enzo Scarcella is the Group Executive for the Consumer business across the MTN Group. He is a seasoned Telco executive with 14 years of experience in the sector across all commercial functions. Prior to this, he served as the CMO in the Beverage, Retail and Media Industries with blue-chip brands like SABMiller, Mnet and the Edcon group.

Marlan Hardie

Chief Digital Officer, World Wide Technology

Marlan is a driven digital experience evangelist with more than 26 years in the across Service Provider and Financial Services industries. He works with global multinationals on strengthening their brand by engaging their customers and empowering their employees. As a certified CX practitioner and technologist, Marlan brings a consultative and practical approach to business evolution. Prior to his current role as Chief Digital Officer at WWT, Marlan was the Chief Experience Office at WWT for nearly four years. Before joining WWT, Marlan was a digital CX/EX sales leader – financial services – for Salesforce, and he held multiple positions at Cisco Systems, including CX/EX business development manager, US service provider CX leader, and, most recently, Chief of Staff and National Strategy.

Moelky Furquan

Vice President of Networks, Telkomsel

Moelky Furquan is VP of Networks for Telkomsel, Indonesia’s largest cellular operator. He has held a variety of roles at Telkomsel during the past 20 years, including General Manager of Regional Network Operation Sumbagut, Head of Datacom Engineering Division, and General Manager of Transport Network Operation. Along with his current position as VP of Networks, Moelky serves as VP of Quality Management Area Pamasuka.
